Deirdre is a graduate of the University of California – Berkeley Law, one of the top law schools in the country, and an experienced family law practitioner with more than 30 years of trial and negotiation experience. She is rated AV Preeminent® by Martindale-Hubble® (the most respected lawyer rating entity in the US) and is highly respected throughout the Northern California legal community and beyond.

Attorney Kingsbury previously served as the head of the Litigation Department of a mid-sized Sonoma County law firm before joining forces with Attorney Evans to specialize her talents in civil litigation especially probate and trust matters, real estate transactions, contract disputes, appeals, and family law issues.

Deirdre is a Sonoma County native, the fourth generation to be raised on the Taber Family Dairy in Sebastopol. She graduated from Analy High School as Valedictorian of her class.

She is also uniquely qualified to handle family law matters. Holding a degree with highest honors in Psychology from the University of California at Davis, Deirdre is the mother of six children and has extensive experience dealing with mental health issues. Deirdre currently serves on the Boards of Directors of the Sonoma County Bar Association and Sonoma County Women in Law, and is a past Chair of the Sonoma County Family Law Steering Committee. She enjoys reading, hiking, attending musical and theater performances, and spending time with family and friends in her spare time.
