Noreen Evans is one of three certified appellate specialists in the North Bay. She has decades of experience as a State Senator, State Assemblymember, local city councilmember, and now, a certified appellate specialist. Deirdre Kingsbury is an experienced family law attorney, as well as the mother of 6 grown children. She brings a unique and compassionate approach to litigation and family law matters. Our partners are admitted to practice in all of the courts of the State of California, as well as the federal district courts for the Northern District and Eastern District of California, the U.S. Tax Court, the Ninth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
